We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

2. Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

3. Exchange Eligibility Criteria

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" in the product description.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at info@zakia.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization if eligible.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

8. International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that exchange rates, taxes, and duties may apply, and the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.

9. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow up to 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
